Frankfort, KS 66427 785-292-4320. Library Has a New Look. Thanks to the generous memorial donation from Mr. Don Twidwell, the library has made an update on the building. Deb Dwerlkotte, of Dwerlkotte Design helped co-ordinate a new paint job and new carpet. She will also help with choosing new chairs.
